If you take the Smile Test or join the newsletter, your name and email address are stored so results can be sent to you and so occasional updates can be shared. Smile Test answers are stored alongside your submission for educational purposes only.

How it is used

Information is used only to deliver your results and to send updates you asked for. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
